Mobile Intensive Care Unit

Ventilator-Capable MICU Transport

Our MICU units are equipped and staffed to manage the most clinically complex patients outside the hospital environment. Whether your patient is vent-dependent, on vasoactive drips, or requires continuous invasive monitoring, our critical care paramedics maintain ICU-level care from bedside to bedside.

We work directly with your ICU and transport teams to ensure a seamless handoff, complete documentation, and uninterrupted care continuity throughout the transfer.

Ventilator Management

Transport ventilators compatible with ICU settings; crew trained in vent management and weaning protocols.

Continuous Cardiac Monitoring

Vasoactive Drip Management

Paramedic crew trained to manage vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedation infusions en route.

Temperature-Controlled Environment

Climate-controlled patient compartment for hemodynamically unstable and post-surgical patients.
